Rosemerry said her objectives are to 1) increase public awareness, 2) increase the followers and audience reach on social media and 3) build trust with consistent and accurate information.

Rosemerry feels the best way to get information to the citizens of the county is by videos on the county website.  She showed some examples of videos currently on the website regarding road conditions, recruitment, flooding conditions, general information about other departments in San Benito County.

During the Q&A after her talk, Rosemerry gave us an update on the construction on 156 and Union Road and told us how she works with the local TV stations to provide them information and access to county departments.
