This Week's Program

The program for this meeting was a presentation by Alex Kingman about her background and business.

Alex grew up in Morgan Hill and their home was near Henry Coe State Park.  Far from town.  Her grandparents were Betty and Stew Kingman who owned the Pinnacles and sold it to the US government for a park.

Alex met her partner, Brody, 10 years ago, on April 11th and they are planning to get married on that day this year.  They have two girls.

Alex and Brody started investing in distressed houses in 2018.  Brody has a construction background and manages the refurbishment of the properties.  Alex helps with getting the financing and working with realtors. Their company is KGI Capital.

They have invested in other properties in Jacksonville, FL, and Indiana. They look for distressed properties and work with realtors to find them. After they fix up the properties they resell or rent them.  They recently invested in a house in Monterey and plan to fix it and resell it.

Their plan is the scale up in the amount of investment and do this with syndications.

Alex then took questions from the club members.  It was good to get to know more about Alex and her business.  Thanks Alex!
