Dick Renard will be sharing his experiences, bridging the chasm between the government, non-profit and faith agencies, working together to find collaborative solutions to the issues cities face.  He will present 3 key dynamics that are unique to our region; The Community Alliance for Safety and Peace, The Mayor's Luncheon for the Faith Community and Night Walks.

Dick Renard spent 43 years in all things automotive, from racing, to dealerships, to factories, to manufacturing truck components.  Leaving business, Dick has taken his "marketplace ministry" from industry, working full time encouraging working relationships between the faith community, government, education and business.   With the troubles facing Salinas and similar cities within the greater region, Dick believes the faith community must be engaged to build sustainable bridges that bring hope and a future for those not fully functioning in society.
