Volunteers needed for Rodeo Concession Stands June 26 - 28th
Rotary Members & Friends:
It’s that time of year again! The Saddle Horse Show and Rodeo remains our largest fundraiser of the year, and we need to show up in force to make that happen. Thank you to the many who are already helping with the preparation required, and thank you to those who have generously helped in past years! We need your help staffing this year. Please ask friends and relatives if they can help volunteer as well.
Shifts are as follows:
Fri, Jun 26 6:00-10:00pm
Sat, Jun 27 12:30-4:30pm
Sun, Jun 28 12:30-4:30pm

If you plan to serve alcohol, please make sure your ABC license is current. We will not hold a classroom training, but you can take the class online. It is quick and more convenient, but you will have to pay for it upfront. Bring your receipt and Rotary will reimburse you.

Anne also needs someone who would be willing to contact the wineries for donations, pick them up and deliver to Bolado Park, and be responsible for returning unused donations if necessary. This could be an opportunity for someone who might not be available the actual weekend to participate.
