Annette Cain is an award-winning author, endurance athlete and certified personal trainer.  Known as the Longevity Lady™, Annette helps baby boomer women age stronger so their bodies can keep up with their lives.  Her ageless lifestyle products & programs provide an easy, balanced approach to becoming lean & limber and living younger longer.  Her just released e-book, “Ageless Dogma—A Dog’s Life Guide to Staying Young” is a delightful little book on how we can learn to age less and live more from our 4-legged friends.
 
Annette has a fierce determination to stay young as she ages and blogs about her authentic journey into the second part of her life (www.agelesswithannette.com).  Her favorite pastimes are reading, writing and NOT arithmetic, nature, cooking, athletic adventures, Pilates, and having fun with her husband and lab.  She is currently a steward for Save Our Shores and is also a member of the San Juan Bautista Rotary Club and serves as the Community Service Chair.
 
Annette is a graduate of the University of California at Davis with a B.S. in Nutrition Science and has a Masters in Health Services/Wellness Promotion.  She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a personal trainer and has over twenty years of experience in weight management and exercise programming. Annette is also certified as a Mat Pilates Instructor and is a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
 
Annette is an endurance athlete and has competed in numerous races—several marathons, fifty milers, and the Cascade Crest Classic 100-mile ultra-run, 1-3 mile ocean and lake swims, several bike races including the Death Ride and a 3-day, 280-mile mountain bike race across Costa Rica (coast-to-coast), and several triathlons including Ironman Canada (2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, 26.2-mile run).
