Mr. Rosales is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a BS in Civil Engineering and has over 27 years experience with the California Department of Transportation.
He currently has been working in the Project Management Department for 13 years managing projects from inception through construction in San Benito, Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties.
 
Colin Jones is a graduate of UCLA with a BA in Political Science and Economics and has over 25 years experience with the California Department of Transportation.  He has been working as the Caltrans District 5 Public/Legislative Affairs Manager for the last 11 years.
