Dr. Hiramoto earned a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley, an MS in Counseling from San Francisco State University and an Ed.D. in Higher Ed Administration from UC Berkeley. She has over 30 years of experience in university administration that includes senior leadership roles, employment and student affairs. She has held a variety of positions at several universities including the Director of Equal Employment Opportunity at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Director of Student Services at the Stanford University School of Education and Associate Director of Financial Aid at San Francisco State University. In June 2009, she became Chief of Staff to the President at California State University, Monterey Bay and also served as Vice President of University Advancement and Associate Vice President of Inclusive Excellence, the position that she currently holds.
Dr. Hiramoto has been a guest of the Rotary Club of Monterey, Rotary Club of Salinas and the King City Rotary. She is very honored to meet with the members of the Hollister Rotary.
